LA MAISON URSULINES, WELCOME

Thank you for your interest in la Maison Ursulines; an exclusive vacation home in an historically significant Greek Revival building at the center of the Quebec City UNESCO World Heritage Site.

la Maison Ursulines is located on a quiet side street directly facing la Place des Tourangeiles (left) and within steps of the Old City's favorite attractions and destinations (see UNESCO Site Neighborhood page), within the city's ancient rampart fortifications and at the center of Old Quebec's historic architectural treasures.

The current private residence is the third building to be built by The Ursulines on this central Upper Town location; the first dating back to the early to mid 1600s.

Some of the exposed stone walls and lintels in the Sleeping Level date back to mid 1600s, when the first building was constructed on this site.

We spent our honeymoon here and fell completely in love with the Old City and it's residents ...very European in outlook and lifestyle with an underlying appreciation for the States. We then returned during the Winter Carnival and found la Maison Ursulines.

Having been a design consultant for many, many years and with Cindy's highly successful career in real estate; we immediately knew how special la Maison Ursulines was.

It has become a wonderful get-away for us and our family.  It has also been our pleasure to open la Maison Ursulines to our friends, business associates, philanthropic causes and occasional vacation rental guests for over 18 years.
The City of Quebec restricts vacation rentals in private residences, so the opportunity to stay at la Maison Ursulines is limited. We encourage you to inquiry early. The availability calendar shows everyone planning to enjoy la Maison Ursulines.
We look forward to you also enjoying all that la Belle Ville de Quebec has to offer with la Maison Ursulines being your  "home base." Please don't hesitate to reach-out with any questions or suggestions.
Best wishes, Cindy and Paul Tetreault, Owners
